SUNSET WINEMAKER DINNER AT NOSTALGIA – AUGUST 19, 2023

We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Cocktails & Canapes Catering to bring together a spectacular food and wine experience hosted at Nostalgia Wines as the sun sets.

Cocktails & Canapes specializes in creating distinct culinary experiences and producing memorable events, making them a perfect fit for Nostalgia, as we love to make memories while sharing food and wine.

Chef Zachary Chan has worked with our team to create a perfect pairing for each dish. Do you have food allergies or restrictive dietary choices? No problem, just let us know and Chef can prepare an alternative to meet your dietary needs.

Guests will enjoy passed canapés in the picnic area, transitioning to Nostalgia’s covered pergola area for a seated meal. The mouth-watering, three-course plated dinner menu will be perfectly paired with Nostalgia’s most loved wines. Each menu during our Sunset Winemaker Dinner Series will be unique, as will the wine pairings. Chef loves to work with seasonal, local ingredients and the Okanagan is plentiful when it comes to local produce in the summer!

Nostalgia’s ownership, management and winemaking team will be on site to lead guests through the wine pairings and share our unique story with you. We are preparing some extra treats during the evenings, including a walk to stretch our legs between mouth-watering courses to sample from the barrels with owner/ winemaker Gina Fernandes Harfman.
